We offer regulated label products for vials & syringes, tamper evident packaging, piggyback and promotional pieces. Our customer market includes ethical, over-the-counter (OTC), medical device, clinical and nutraceutical.
- Inserts
- cost effective patient/ physician instructional sheets folded, sheeted and roll. We can offer up to 4 colors combined, 3 over 1, 2 over 2 etc. In addition, we can also affix folded inserts to printed collateral documents by encapsulation.
- Specialty Products
- innovative products that offer effective solutions like our IVHL (Intravenous Hanging Label); ECL/booklet labels that offer more label real estate for copy intensive requirements; and RFID security features. In addition, we have capability to produce unit of dose cards and printed blister foil in quick turn situations. Our multi-language clinical booklets enable you to print up to four languages on the package with one cost effective label.
- Electronic Label Inspection - unique and certifiable electronic label inspection that uses state of the art line scan camera technology in a cGMP environment. Our Pharmavision technology offers 100% defect free product which verifies all label text, detects roll splices, offers exact roll counts and consecutive numbers on label backing. Affords customers a true "dock to stock" environment while ensuring label integrity.

Our manufacturing facilities consist of two modern, one-floor buildings totaling 40,000 sq. ft. Manufacturing processes are governed by strict adherence to cGMP, which serves as the basis for the company's formal quality program.
RR Donnelley Thomas Packaging produces regulatory labeling products for customers such as Becton Dickinson, Boehringer- Ingelheim, Dow Chemical, and AstraZeneca.
